Mitch and Mike were the team that came out and did the work for our new tankless water heater and they did a fantastic job being transparent about what the job entailed up front and then executing the installation exactly as they specified. I fact checked them before accepting their bid and everything checked. Not one thing I verified compromised their integrity. Their honesty is what made me choose them. I would highly recommend them and use their services again. They were very professional. Mitch was training Mike and I would say the company picked a great mentor and I predict Mike will be moving along in the training pretty quickly. I ended up getting 4 estimates, but I chose this company because of the honesty and professional behavior of these gentlemen.

Edit: Zack was easy to work with (who also looked like my nephew travis) explained my options and did a fantastic job when I decided to replace my old unit. I am very satisfied with the results. I was looking for a company to fix a leak in my Noritz heater. I’m glad I found The Water Heater company. They are not cheap, but provide a quality service. Their technician Andres was professional and polite. In addition to fixing the heater, he also installed a pressure regulator. He is really knowledgeable and can answer any questions concerning plumbing.
