About the Sales Technician role
You'll run calls in the field and own the full job cycle — start to finish. You diagnose, present the options, educate, build trust, close, and do the work. All of it. It is hands-on: you will lift heavy things, you will get dirty, and you will solve problems most people wouldn't know how to start.
Your day will include
- Diagnosing water heaters and related system issues
- Presenting service/repair vs. replacement options clearly and honestly
- Closing the job and seeing it through to completion
- Performing installs, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard
- Delivering same-day solutions whenever possible
- Leaving every client genuinely taken care of, not just another call on the board
Who we're looking for
- Plumbing or related trade experience preferred — not required, we'll train the right person
- You can talk to clients like a human being and close work without being pushy
- Comfortable owning the full cycle: diagnose, sell, wrench, repeat
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Pride in clean work, leaving every job better than you found it
- Coachable — you want to get better, not just be right
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Schedule
Full-time, 40–50 hours per week. No graveyard shifts, no on-call surprises. We run calls seven days a week, and your days stay consistent week to week so you can plan your life around them.
