Mike was the technician that did the repairs to my water heater problem. After he did the inspection, he presented all the options he would recommend and thoroughly explained each option. He was very kind and did not push me in my decision making. I was pleased that he was able to install a new water heater the same day I called even though he had to work through the evening. After the installation, Mike took the time to explain all the work that was performed and tested the faucets inside my home to make sure the water was hot. It was a pleasant experience working with Mike and even my dog liked him a lot. I would not hesitate to recommend The Water Heater Company to family and friends.
