He was very kind and did not push me in my decision making. I was pleased that he was able to install a new water heater the same day I called even though he had to work through the evening. "Justin came out and removed and replaced our water heater. We had previously replaced our water heater in 2022--4 years ago, and it was still under warranty. The cost to repair our water heater even though it was under warranty was kind of expensive--the labor for the warranty repair plus two other small fixes was going to be $1000. Plus, the parts had to be shipped from the manufacturer so it was going to take 4-5 days to fix, during which time we wouldn't have hot water. We opted to replace the entire thing for $3600 with a (hopefully!) much better quality water heater with some upgrades that is also easier to repair (parts stocked vs shipped). The cost of the water heater that we had before was a similar installed cost--we didn't cheap out before, I think we just didn't know what we didn't know. All in all I was very impressed with how professional Justin was, how good the install work looks, and the ability of the company to do it all in one day. I would recommend them."

"The Water Heater Co and their technician Ricky C. responded to my inquiry for a non-functioning navien tankless water heater, showed up within an hour of my inquiry, diagnosed the problem in addition to the incorrect installation of the unit, provided a clear summary of the three options to repair the unit and the installation, and then executed my requested repair of the same. All of this was done with remote access granted to the tech Ricky C. while I attended my daughter’s college graduation 60 miles away. My guests never knew he was there except for the hot water being readily available when they returned to the premises that evening. My guests were only without hot water during the morning before they left for the day. Reasonable price. Excellent response time. Great communication. Highly professional. Trusted with remote access and I never needed to be present, nor drive 30 miles to the house, nor miss any of my day’s plans. Highly recommend both The Water Heater Co. and their tech Ricky C.!"

"We had great service from The Water Heater Company. Our water heater leaked and flooded our laundry room. TWHC sent out their technician Shawn who set up a temporary water heater. Shawn was professional, answered all our questions and was very helpful in a difficult situation for us. Shawn indicated that he would return to complete our installation when our repairs were completed. After a week we asked Shawn to return and finish the job. He brought Carlos with him and both men finished an excellent installation very professionally. I enjoyed having both Shawn and Carlos here to painlessly get us through this repair. 5 stars to Shawn, Carlos and TWHC."

"We had a good experience with The Water Heater Company. Our pilot light went out and wouldn't re-ignite, so we called and they came right out. Sure enough, the ignition unit was defective and needed replacing, but since our water heater was 13 years old and showed signs of wear, it was wiser to replace the entire hot water heater rather than spend half that amount on a new ignition unit. Our technician, Travis, was knowledgeable and cordial, and he completed the job in one morning. We're satisfied with the new water heater and look forward to many years of worry-free service.
